Launch screens

We’ve given you to option to set up a launch screen to streamline the user experience while initiating a conversation.

If you are an Engati Live Chat software customer, you will also have the ability to display the agents which are online, show their responsiveness, and present an option for your customers to initiate a conversation with these agents.

Your launch screen can even showcase up to 3 custom cards. These cards can be set to trigger a path, a query, or even direct customers to an external link or web page.

Web bot themes

We already had extensive capabilities to customize the look and feel of your intelligent bots deployed on your website and on stand-alone mode. But, we wanted to make it easier for you to create bots that match your brand personality.

So, we introduced a range of pre-set themes that you can pick up as a starting point for your bot. Once you find the theme that most closely matches your brand aesthetic, you can go ahead and customize it further. 

From a professional, Wall Street demeanor to a playful, new-age vibe… your Engati chatbot becomes an extension of your brand.

Improved feedback collection

If you use Engati Live Chat, make sure to check out the new feedback node. With options for configuring it for feedback collection via star-based or emoji-based ratings, it allows you to better understand what your customers think about your offerings.

We’ve even included a quick, new way for you to collect customer feedback on the bot platform. It allows you to send thumbs up/thumbs down icons along with a response. This allows your users to let you know how helpful your responses are.

Styling changes for stand-alone mode

Stand-alone bots get some major styling and layout updates. They switch from the earlier box style to a fluid, responsive, and modern layout.

Video backgrounds

Along with images and gradients, you can now use videos as backgrounds for your chat widgets, creating a more captivating and engaging experience for your customers.

Some of our pre-set themes, like the ‘techno’ and ‘festive’ themes, contain video backgrounds as well.

New fonts

Your web bots now have even more styling options with 9 new fonts available. These new fonts include a range of serif, sans-serif, and stylized fonts to blend flawlessly with your brand aesthetic.
