She is an experienced Management Engineer in the world of digital transformation. She has always been passionate about this innovative phenomenon and started by pursuing a career that combines emerging technologies and engineering doctrine.

We start this interview by asking Linda, “How is innovation changing the business scenario and how crucial is it for business to adapt? Where Linda shares with us the 3 D’s of Digital Transformation- Digitization, Digitalization, and Digital infusion. And how we can use this to transform our business. Especially given this current era of the Coronavirus- there has been a push to move to the age of digital, and Linda shares this with us. 

We then discuss the role conversational agents play in changing the customer support scenario. What comes to Linda’s mind is of course, Artificial Intelligence. And how it’s really improving the customer service scenario. It has a lot of potential and can bring a lot to businesses. She extends this feeling towards conversational agents as well. Their contributions to digital transformation are phenomenal. 

Our next question is what Linda's thoughts are on the broad level concept of the future of work. Linda believes we have to leverage the power of bots and technology because they are important. But we don’t have to forget about the Human Resources that are always at the base.

In the future of work,

Linda does not believe bots will be a replacement for humans, rather a supporting piece to drive efficiency.
