Position Overview:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offers.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other attribution and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
