Position Overview: 

As a Branding and Design Expert at [Company Name], you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining our brand identity across all touchpoints, including website, packaging, marketing materials, and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts, visual assets, and design solutions that communicate our brand values and resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative concepts, visual assets, and design solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for website pages, product listings, email newsletters, social media posts, advertisements, and other digital and print materials.
  • Create visually compelling packaging designs that reflect our brand identity and enhance the product experience for customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for differentiation in branding and design.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute design projects and ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and visual communication to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Provide design feedback and guidance to junior designers and cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and elevate design standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in branding, graphic design, or visual communication, preferably in an E-commerce or consumer goods environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, packaging, digital marketing materials, and print collateral.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools.
  • Solid understanding of branding principles, design fundamentals, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.
