Anita Siassios is a certified Customer Experience expert who has spearheaded CX in Australia having worked at Australia’s top 20 multinational organizations leading Customer-Centric transformant programs in the fields of Technology and Operations.

She is the founder of ManagingCX – a CX consulting and training company dedicated to elevating individuals and organizations with the capability to proactively manage their customer and employee experiences. ManagingCX is the first Australian company to deliver CXPA recognized training program that prepares individuals for the CX certification CCXP - and has recently launched the Customer-Centric Certification program with the Market culture Academy.

Anita’s greatest passion is to create communities where people come together to learn and grow and has established the award-winning Customer Experience Professional Association Melbourne Network and Women in Cyber Security Australian affiliate – two non-profit associations dedicated to advancing the CX and Cybersecurity professions through mentoring and networking with thought leaders and like minded individuals.
